Looking for a fun and creative movie night snack that the kids can make with little to no help? Check out our Homemade Caramel & Chocolate Apples that you can make in less than 20 minutes (including cooking time!)!

What you'll need:

Apples cut in half

Popsicle sticks

Chocolate

Caramel

Sprinkles

Crumbled cookies

Directions:

On a safe surface, cut your apples in half. Make sure to core the apple too!

Melt Dark Chocolate Chips, White Chocolate Chips or Milk Chocolate Chips. If using white, add organic food coloring for a fun color!

Dip the tip of the popsicle sticks in melted chocolate and push into the bottom of the apple.

Let freeze for 5-10 minutes. This ensures that the stick will stay in the apple once the chocolate has hardened.

On parchment paper, drizzle chocolate and caramel with a spoon or fork.

Add sprinkles or crushed cookie crumbles to decorate.

Put decorated apples back in the freezer on a small cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes.

Watch that movie and enjoy!

Have all the ingredients but no sticks? Make slices instead to make apple dessert nachos! Don’t give up moms! Creativity is around the corner!! We're happy to bring you some of the most fun recipes we've done with our Junior, Great and International Chefs in our classes! Sending positivity your way!
